Mixed Levels classes cater to everyone from upper beginners to intermediate. There will be regressions for those not quite ready to perform the taught move and progressions for those who are looking for a challenge.
This is a great addition to the individually leveled classes and also acts perfectly as stand-alone classes. This class is not suitable for complete newbies.
