OUR CLASSES
Leveled classes are designed to build your strength and provide proper form and technique in order to successfully advance in pole. You must be approved by an instructor before moving into a higher leveled class.

Beginner 1+2
You'll learn the absolute basics of pole dancing. We'll cover fundamental spins, aerial tricks, and floor work, focusing on proper technique and safety. You'll build confidence, improve your coordination, and discover muscles you never knew you had, all while having a blast.
Complete beginners welcome!

Intermediate
In this class, we'll dive deeper into the art of fluid movement and seamless transitions, connecting tricks into beautiful, dance-inspired sequences. You'll learn exciting inverted aerial tricks, building strength, control, and confidence as you explore new heights.
Participants should be able to perform: An invert and leg hangs.

Pole-ography
In this exciting class, you'll learn a beginner-friendly pole dance routine. We'll focus on smooth transitions between moves, musicality, and developing your performance presence.
Participants should be able to perform: Basic beginner spins.
