
OUR COURSE & CLASSES
Leveled classes are designed to build your strength and provide proper form and technique in order to successfully advance in pole. You must be approved by an instructor before moving into a higher leveled class.

Monday 6:30-7:30pm Reading location
Intro to intermediate
You are getting stronger, the skin on your thighs are more conditioned! This class is perfect for those who are learning inverts. In this class we will explore more intricate shapes on the pole, moves that will require you to stay longer up the pole. For this class you will need to be able to do a pole sit;
climb (doesn't have to be perfect); and hold a tuck position in invert grip.

Monday 7:45-8:45pm Reading location
Pole-ography
Pole-ography is all about linking dance movements with pole moves.
In this class, we will learn a 1 minute (roughly) choreography, challenging you to dance your tricks and express emotions with you body. This class is suitable for beginner 2 and above. Students should be able to perform basic spins, climb and pole sit.

Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm Reading location
Mixed level
Mixed Levels classes cater to everyone from beginners 2 and above. There will be regressions for those not quite ready to perform the taught move and progressions for those who are looking for a challenge. This is a great addition to the individually leveled classes and also acts perfectly as stand-alone classes. This class is not suitable for complete newbies.

Tuesday 7:45-8:45pm Reading location
Beginner 1+2
This class is suitable for complete newbies. The main focus in beginners, is learning foundation spins, climbs, and transitions getting you ready for more serious moves. This is quite possibly the most exciting period of any poler's journey as you will see massive changes in your body, strength and confidence.

Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm Woodley Vibez Studio
Beginner Pole-ography
This pole choreography class is suitable for complete beginners. This class is all about feeling good in your own skin and exploring sensuality in movement. You will learn the fundamentals of heel style pole-dance where you will learn a short choreography; usually about 1:30 mins long.
Heels are optional!

Wednesday 7:30-8:30pm Woodley Vibez Studio
Mixed level Spin pole
This is a spin pole only class suitable for students from higher beginner 2 and up. Students must be able to climb, sit, perform basic spins and hold in invert tuck to register for this class. This is an hour of making pretty shapes with seamless transitions. Students will learn a spin pole combo at he end of class you will have the chance to explore your own style and movement by dancing the learnt combo to different songs.
