Leveled classes are designed to build your strength and provide proper form and technique in order to successfully advance in pole. You must be approved by an instructor before moving into a higher leveled class.
Beginners 1+2 Class

Pole-Ography Class

Intro to Intermediate

The main focus in beginners, is learning foundation spins, climbs, and transitions getting you ready for more serious moves. This is quite possibly the most exciting period of any poler's journey as you will see massive changes in your body, strength and confidence. This class is suitable for complete newbies.
When:
Tuesday 7:45 - 8:45 pm
Pole sharing
Mixed Levels classes cater to everyone from upper beginners to intermediate. There will be regressions for those not quite ready to perform the taught move and progressions for those who are looking for a challenge.
This is a great addition to the individually leveled classes and also acts perfectly as stand-alone classes. This class is not suitable for complete newbies.
When:
Tuesday: 6:30 - 7:30 pm
Pole sharing
Dance like no one is watching! Pole-ography is all about linking dance and movement with pole fitness moves.
In this class, we will learn a minute (roughly) choreography, challenging you to dance your tricks and express emotions with you body. This class is suitable for all level. It is recommended that you have done at least 3 beginner classes.
When:

Pole sharing
You are getting stronger, the skin on your thighs are more conditioned!
This class is perfect for those who are learning inverts. In this class we will explore more intricate shapes on the pole, moves that will require you to stay longer up the pole. For this class you will need to be able to do a pole sit;
climb (doesn't have to be perfect); and hold a tuck position in invert grip.
